CrossFit is a community based core strength and conditioning program comprised of functional movements which are constantly varied and performed at a high intensity. Functional movements are defined as natural movements that we do on a daily basic such as a squat, a dead-lift, and a shoulder press. CrossFit is also comprised of Olympic weight-lifting, gymnastics, and endurance. We take all of these things and design workouts that incorporate them in every way imaginable which continue to confuse the muscles in the body. One of the many great things about CrossFit is that it is universal meaning you can scale every workout which enables anyone to be able to do it, no matter their age or the current physical shape they are in. Our workouts are designed to help heal the wounded, prepare a soldier for combat, or simply help you carry groceries from the car to the house. CrossFit prepares us for anything that life may throw at us.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, CrossFit is community based and family oriented. We bleed, sweat, and laugh together. We compete against each other and we support each other. We grow strong together as individuals and as a community both inside and outside of the box. We prepare for life together.
